SECURITY CHARGES FOR JANUARY - JUNE 2012 Dear Bayu residents, It is time again to fulfill your duty as a responsible resident of Bayu Community. Is it time again to pay your security fees to ensure we can still enjoy and be protected by our Gated and Guarded Security. For the second half of 2011 (July to Dec 2011), we have achieved and collected 89% of the security fees. Kudos and congratulations to those who made their payment promptly and SHAME on those freeloaders!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
KBRA have taken over the management of Bayu from PPD and that Izrin & Tan Properties Sdn Bhd have been appointed by KBRA as the Property Management Company to manage Bayu.
As such, please advise the residents to direct their complaints/enquiries to Mr. Woo at 012-3989360. Please download the Schedule B at the Resource panel that describes more about the job responsibilities of the PMC.

MONTHLY RECYCLING DAYHi Bayu folks. KBRA monthly recycle iwill continue for 2012, every 1st Sunday of each, month. We look forward for your participation and your contribution. Please also kindly help to inform your neighbors who are not aware of our recycling campaign and encourage them to participate and contribute. Details as below. From 9:30am - 11:30am At Bayu Central Park Recyclable items such as newspapers, books, magazines, cardboard boxes, aluminum cans, plastic containers, drinking bottles & other faulty electrical items (non bulky)
Also we seek cooperation from you not to leave your recyclable items there the night before the recycling day as rain may ruin the papers or wind blowing the papers all over the places or may attract animals to scavenge through the items. Please bring your family members to join us at Central Park, have a chat with your neighbors and community and get to know each other more. See you there! :) |
